Can I order online?
You can now order online with our Interactive Order Forms . Simply download and complete our form and “Submit” your order by e-mail. We will respond with a confirmation and quote during business hours. Download
our order forms.
What is your re-stocking fee?
We do not normally have a re-stocking fee. Items such as
upson, foamcore, beadboard have a minimal rental fee if
you return them in good condition.
What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am6pm. Our warehouse hours are
8:00am5:45pm. Evening and weekend hours can made available upon request.
What time can we pick up an order? What time should an order
be returned by?
The standard time for pickups is between 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM.
You can arrange for an alternate pickup time with our Operations
Manager. We ask that all returns be made by 1 pm..
Can an order be delivered ?
Yes. We have several trucks that can deliver and pick up your orders. Give us a call to arrange your transportation needs.
Is an item available?
Let us know when or what you need and we will tell you if
it is available.
Can an order be shipped?
Yes. We also ship almost all expendables anywhere in the
country. Give us a call or e-mail us for the specifics of
your shipment as well as our shipping policies.
How does a company open an account?
Simple, ask for a credit application and credit card application
and we will fax it to you A.S.A.P. Or click
here and print them out.
How does a person or company rent equipment or buy expendables
from Kits without an account?
Renting equipment
A deposit is required for the value of equipment
Pre-pay your rental costs
Provide proof of liability and insurance coverage
Purchasing expendables
Pre-payment is required.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Checks, Cash
and Corporate Accounts.

BY THE KITS OFFICE AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK-UP:
